Ingredients
1cup oatmeal(I used quick oats)
1/4cuphoney
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4cup ground flaxseed
1tsp chia seeds
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and combine until mixed. You may need to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything gets mixed together well.
Using a tablespoon, divide into approximately 18 servings and refrigerate.
Store protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
