Blueberry Banana Smoothie
This nutrient dense smoothie will start your day off with a kick! This packs a nutrition punch and your tastebuds will love the blueberry banana combo!

10 oz cashew milk (or any milk of your choice) ½ banana frozen 1 cup spinach frozen ½ cup blueberries frozen 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 TBS almond butter 1 TBS chia seeds
Add chia seeds and frozen spinach to your Vitamix first and then add in protein powder, milk, frozen banana, frozen blueberries and almond butter.
Mix slowly at first and then increase Vitamix speed.
I let my Vitamix blend for 3-5 minutes so it is mixed well (especially the spinach and chia seeds)
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
