  • 4 TBS Chili Powder
  • 2 TBS Cumin
  • 1 TBS Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 TBS Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Combine all spices in a bowl and mix together well.
  • Store in an airtight container and label "chili seasoning".

  • Spices don't actually "expire" but I recommend using within 2 years if it is stored in a cool, dry place and an air-tight container.
  • When using the chili seasoning in a recipe, I generally use 2 Tablespoons.
