SHOW NOTES: Episode 2

On this episode, I am going to be sharing with you about creating healthy habits in your life and how to make that easier.

Habits are so important. The most important thing to think about when we are considering making new habits are that they are rooted in self-love

Today I am going to be sharing three tips to help you when you are considering adding a new habit in to your wellness journey.

1. Is the habit sustainable?

Is this habit something you could see yourself doing forever? If it’s not, I challenge you to rework the habit. Choose a habit that can be long-lasting and sustainable for you for the long run.

2. How can you integrate that habit into your life? 

Are you focusing on a habit that will actually work with the demands and expectations of your current life? You have to be honest with yourself here and really think about all of the areas of your life and figure out if this habit can be a part of that.

3. Make it fun!

Getting healthy should be FUN. I think we often look at health and wellness as this thing we HAVE to do. I challenge you to think differently. Find something that lights you up and know that no two journeys are the same. There are SO many ways to love your body well. 

Remember, start with one small habit and be realistic. There is no race to finding your healthiest self. It’s a journey.
