Today’s episode is part of a summit that I did with Katie Rössler called: The Balance Code for the Empowered Woman.
I am sharing more about the challenges that women face with body image and societal pressures.
I offered some tips for embracing your “right now body”. It’s so important to listen to our bodies and pay attention to how we feel physically. Prioritize how you want to feel over chasing a number on the scale. It’s about asking ourselves what we need to feel our best. Sometimes that may mean doing things differently than we’ve always done.
Something I often say is “love your right now body” and I want you to do that with love and self-compassion.
I hope that today’s episode can be a reminder of that!
