Lindsay is a nurse practitioner, holistic health practitioner and mind body spirit release practitioner who focuses on the whys behind the it’s when it comes to her clients’ health.  She utilizes metaphysical anatomy, bioenergetics and a layered approach to discover what is keeping an individual stuck in their health and being. Her motto: make healing fun again! She shares her approach to healing with us today. 

We talk more about being fully present with ourselves and making space for personal growth. The key to understanding what our bodies truly need is within us. By reconnecting our bodies and being fully present, we can listen to our inner voice and begin the healing process. We talk more about nervous system regulation and how this can impact us. Lindsay also shares more about the impact of our childhood experiences shapes us. She also shares more about metaphysical healing and how it can help and shares tools and tips with us on today’s episode.
